Like Aston Martin and the DB9, Maserati did a very good job of designing a car that doesn’t look outdated, even though it’s been on the market for about 10 years.

I saw one the other day at cars and coffee. It was a bright blue convertible with chrome wheels and all I could think was how big it was. And ugly. Sweet Jesus it was ugly. The Aston Martin that was there was gorgeous.

This is a car design that will never be out of date in my eyes. They could keep updating the innards for ever and have a winner for the rest of time. It’s a living classic.

No lie the doors look like they could a direct swap for 2016 Toyota tundra front driver and passenger doors. The car has an almost exaggerated length, it’s hideous

I was behind this DB9 on the freeway earlier this week. God what a beautiful thing. Was thinking the same thing -this car is an old design now but it still looks great.
